Secondary attachment point and rotating cradles allow you to carry a larger variety of bike frames. Arms fold down when not loaded.  Fits 1-1/4 or 2 inch class I, II, III or IV receivers.  Rack folds down to access rear of vehicle.  Measures 8 inch from pin hole to upright for clearance of bumper.
